Cancellation Policy:

Thank you for choosing Bekka Lee for your channeled readings. We understand that circumstances may arise that require changes to your scheduled appointments. Please review our cancellation policy below:

1. Cancellation Period:

  • Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

2. Cancellation Procedure:

  • To cancel your appointment, please send an email to support@bekkalee.com. The email will be timestamped as to when it came in so don’t worry about it being seen in time. All cancellations received before 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be fully refunded and/or rescheduled depending on the clients needs.

3. Late Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made after the specified cancellation period may be subject to a 30% cancellation fee.

4. No-shows:

  • Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in the full or partial charge of the booked service.

5. Refunds:

  • Refunds for canceled appointments will be processed within 7 business days and may be subject to the cancellation fee.

6. Emergencies:

  • We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss any unforeseen circumstances.

7. Rescheduling:

  • We encourage rescheduling whenever possible. Please contact us at support@bekkalee.com to arrange a new appointment time.

8. Changes to the Policy:

  • Bekka Lee reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients in advance.
